We have a huge corner garden tub. We used it once or twice in 2 years. Honestly it's just too big--it takes forever to fill and I hate having to constantly adjust so I don't slide down in it. When I had a normal tub, I used it once or twice a month.
Maybe once a year? I think they're pretty gross so I try to avoid them. Our tub takes about 20 min to fill up. Even if I liked baths it wouldn't be worth it.
When we build a house I plan on having a master bath with only a shower.
We each take a long bath at least 1-2x a week. I don't like jacuzzis though because of the cleaning issue.
Our current tub does takes close to 10 minutes to fill because the faucet is insanely slow. Our last house had an extra deep 70+ gallon bathtub and it filled in under 5 minutes. Oh how I miss that tub. :-(
ETA: DS is 16 months and already baths are sometimes the only way to make him feel better. He doesn't talk yet, but he's taken to banging on the bathroom door when he's upset and wants in the bathtub. Yesterday after an hour long screaming fit for a reason we couldn't discern, finally plopped him in the tub and all was right with the world again. It must be genetic.
I only take showers. We have a hot tub in the back yard if I feel like soaking. We do use the hot tub all the time, but would not use a jacuzzi that was inside that had to be filled up each time we wanted to use it.

I didn't take showers until I was 12 or so (I have always had a thing about water on my face.), so baths are my favorite way to de-stress. I always shower afterwards now though.
I take baths occasionally. I used to much more often. We just have a regular tub and I'd say it takes like 5 minutes to fill, maybe?
We house-sat for my cousin for a period of about 6 weeks once. The master bath had a Jacuzzi. I had told H that I'd use it every night simply because I didn't usually have access to one. I think I ended up using it 3 times.
We have a Jetted tub and rarely use it. It's the main tub for the kids, but we never turn the jets on. They are actually scared of them! It doesn't take long to fill up, but it's also not that big, just deep. I thought I would use it more than about 3 times in 6 years. Wow, that's sad!
We have a "garden" tub like that one pictured above, but no, I don't take baths. First of all, I usually am in a hurry when I'm showering (either to work, or bed, or post-workout), but more importantly (to me), I'm a "get things done" person and the idea of sitting around in a tub of water = not appealing. Almost boring. Strike the "almost."
i used the bath 3+ times a week in our last place. i'm bummed we just have a huge shower here, ha.
i don't use the bath to get clean, just to relax and destress. i'm actually thinking about sitting, yes sitting, in a hot shower tonight because my back hurts so bad.
We did an extensive remodel of our master bath, and despite rarely taking baths, I put in a jacuzzi tub, but I've still only used it twice. I'm glad we have it, but baths in general gross me out. When I've used the tub, I didn't use it to bathe, but just to soak sore joints using the jets.
We have a jacuzzi in our Master ensuite. H takes baths at least weekly, and we usually take one together at least weekly. It definitely gets used! I would say it takes about 10 mins to fill.
I used to in my parents' jetted tub. We don't have a nice tub now, so I don't. I often took a bath w/epsom salts after a tough work out. It's a nice way to unwind. I always showered briefly after to rinse away soap residue.
I used to a few times a year. In our current house, we don't have a tub in our master bath. I don't use the bathroom that does have a tub. It's the guest/kid's bathroom.
Our only tub is a standard shower/tub combo in our guest bath, so no. I'm tall, and no matter how I try, I can't get enough of me under the water to make it an enjoyable experience. I'd like to have a big soaker tub installed in our master bath.
Funny story, the last time I took a bath was about four years ago. I was visiting my parents for a while, and they had gone out for the day. I decided to take advantage of the huge whirlpool bath in their master bathroom. It took a while to fill, so I turned on the faucet and walked out to watch a few minutes of a "Bridezilla" marathon.
Four episodes later, I had a funny feeling that I had forgotten something. What was it? Something...Oh shit! I ran into their bedroom and stopped dead as the carpet sloshed under my feet. I squished through to the bathroom and stared in horror. Their bathroom was completely flooded, water gushing over the edge of the tub. It was so bad water was dripping through the floor to the basement below. I was able to get a lot of it cleaned up by the time they got home, but the carpets in their closet and bedroom stayed wet for days. They don't leave me alone in their house anymore.

We have a garden tub but rarely use it. I think the last time I was in it - and not bathing a kid - was at least five years ago.
It took forever to fill and keeping the water hot was a problem. Now I barely get to take a quick shower alone so baths just would not work out for me.
