CPA/Auditor at a public accounting firm. I specialize in the audits of private equity and hedge funds and hope to transition into a Controller position at said firms at some point.
I'm a speech therapist. I LOVE what i do, and feel really fulfilled with it. Talking is such a basic need.... and its awesome to be able to help people get better at it :-) Right now i work in an elementary school with children who have speech impediments or language disorders. BUT i could also work in a rehab setting with adults who speech is affected due to a brain injury or stroke. I could also work with preschoolers who are delayed in talking. I love that i have so many options for where to work and i don't feel like i'll ever get bored- if i do, i'll just switch settings :-)
pediatrician. just have no idea what i want to do what that at this point- keep working in-patient, just do clinic, specialize? no clue. i get stressed out just thinking about it.
I work in data governance - I set data policies and procedures at my organizations, and have ultimate management responsibility for the organization's corporate data, though other people are doing the day to day hands on work with the actual data elements.
I work in national commercial title insurance (real estate related). It is great in some ways - always busy, mentally stimulating, learning new stuff all the time. Sucks in other ways - ALWAYS busy, like to the point you want to cry and are trying to do 4000 different things at once. Lots of long days.

I'm a SAHM now, but I was a tax accountant and then a change/project manager. I hated tax, but really like the change manager role. It fit with my skills much better than tax. And the people were so much better.

I work p/t for my h-he owns an optometry practice so I do whatever he needs me to do around the office. I'll be a SAHM next month. My previous career was as an event planner in higher ed.
Underemployed lawyer. I was in real estate practice area and got laid off twice. Now I'm doing document review (le sigh) until I can convince someone to take a freaking chance on me.
I am a Physician Assistant but I currently SAH. I can't wait to go back to work but since I need to change specialties (better hours) I am waiting until the baby I am pregnant with is at least 6 months old.

Teacher/musician. If you like things like disposable income and 401K's my job is not for you, but I'm happier than I ever was in my old corporate HR job.
