First-I could NOT sleep last night. I finally fell asleep around 2am and was awoken at around 4:30 by my dog wanting to go out, then again at 5:30 by H's alarm (which he hit snooze on 3 times and he is lucky I don't sleep with a shank under my pillow or he would be dead), and finally gave up around 7.
Second-I had to research Tax statutes all morning and my brin is now mush ETA-GAH! See? I can't even spell brain!
Third-I got locked in the office during lunch. I had to wait for everyone to come back so I could go to lunch and THEN when I got back to work with my food, was delayed eating it for 30 minutes and now it is cold. Boo!
Fourth-I got a mean letter from a client blaming me for things (not personally, because he doesn't know the lowly intern's name), but it was about things I sent him. SO I had to go through his ENTIRE file and then found the letter I sent him and HE LIED! I didn't tell him what he is claiming I did. BOO!
Now I am just in a mood and everything is a tragedy: "My Stapler is out of staples? WHY ME!" "The shredder is full, don't worry guys, the office bitch will take care of it, as always." GAH!

When I broke my Tibia and Fibula my doctor just told me to take tums for the calcium. I also took a prenatal supplement with DHA to help with Calcium absorption or something.

Why do you NEED at add dairy? for the bones? can you take a supplement?

Careful with the dairy! Too much and you'll be constipated! And that certainly wouldn't help your shitty day!!!
So, I am slightly lactose intolerant, so dairy gives me the runs. Anyway, my friend a few months ago was eating a ton of cheese and was all:
Friend: "Ugh, if I keep eating all this cheese I won't shit for days!" Me: "Wah!?! Cheese has a laxative effect, you will poop in like 30 minutes!" Friend: "Uhhh, WTF is wrong with you? Cheese constipates you" Me: *googles* "Huh, learn something new everyday!"

TMI alert--when I was in WI I was constipated like woah! Between the dairy, meat and traveling, I was so uncomfortable.
Ironic because cheesecake or one dose of high fat food in my normal schedule keeps me in the bathroom all day.

I had a horrible dream last night that I mentioned before so I'm really tired. I had a hard time going back to sleep until I read for awhile.
I don't want to wear my suit any longer than I have to but I have a chamber mixer/function tonight so I have to keep it on for awhile longer than I would normally.
I cannot settle on an outfit for my wine date this weekend.
I'm not really having a bad day, just minor, silly problems.

That's what I am having, but for some reason, I am just in a funk today. EVERYTHING is making me like, "GAH! Why is today sucking!" The receptionist had flowers sent to her and even THAT made me like "Why am I not getting flowers, my life sucks." (AND she has been going through a really rough time and DESERVES flowers, so why am I being a petty brat?) <-- Pity Party, table of 1 please.
I slept like shit, then raged at D because I freaked out over the cost of some things involving my moving to be with him and that I need him to help me with getting this shit together... but he was on his way to play golf, and I'm still royally pissed off at him.
So I went to get a massage, it was fantastic but I'm still stewing.
Yup, see my "can I cry for a minute" post. No running/exercise for me means no outlet to let off steam when I'm sharing a room with my parents on vacation for an entire week next week.
Also, I now need to add more dairy into my diet. I'm afraid to break out and gain weight from the increased calories (dairy sometimes makes me break out). wahhh!
Sorry about your hip! This worries me because I had to give up dairy for the same reason and I'm allergic to soy so that's out, too.

I've tried but I can't drink it. I don't like almonds in general so the milk doesn't work either. Just gotta enjoy my brittle bones, lol.
You can do what I did! Pop some tums or other calcium supplement and take a prenatal vitamin with DHA. You can also buy OJ infused with Calcium and DHA. THere are other vegetables high in calcium as well, that I can't remember right now, but I am sure you can google it!
