I'm super exhausted. I am stressed. I'm not eating much so I know that's not helpful either, but I'm just not interested in food. Which is weird because I love to eat. I know that these things are bad in general but they are also especially bad while ttc.
I wish I had the time to go get a massage or have like a girls weekend refresher, but I need to work all weekend to prepare for next week which is gonna be a bear! :-(
Ugh. Thanks for letting me whine. I just want to do absolutely nothing, or cry and then do nothing. I'm not depressed or anything. Maybe the approach of the time change is getting to me...

Aww, boo Wine, I hope things settle down for you soon. Try to just take a few minutes to have a cup of tea or read a chapter of a book or magazine, anything that will let you relax for a little bit.

Thanks gals...yeah, I pretty much forced my ass to sit and veg all day. I painted my own nails, and pet my cats and tried very hard to not feel guilty about it all. I have a problem with relaxing, but I def needed it today and I am trying hard to learn to be "ok" with resting. Now I'm slightly antsy, haha
Even if you're that busy, you do indeed need to make time for yourself. If you neglect yourself too long, you'll actually get sick, which costs way more time. So good for you for making yourself veg!
