Is this how normal relationships work?

A is meeting me and my sisters out for drinks after our girls' dinner on Saturday. Just because he knows we're super close and he wants to get to know them.

And he's going to a pet store protest with me on Sunday. He told me, "If it's important to you, it's important to me."

What?! That's how this works? Wtf was I doing with my life?

Thanks guys He makes me really, really happy. I just don't think I've ever dated someone so invested in me, which is sad. Sometimes when he suggests or does these things, it just blows my mind.

I know the feeling! I was SO used to how douchey my XH was, that when I dated a new guy and he did something nice, or not even, if he just like DIDNT FREAK OUT ON ME for something totally normal, I would be so amazed like "Omg this is what normal people are like?" It's so weird.

I would have to know the nonbenefits of this relationship first to properly evaluate.

Hahahaha we haven't even been date quite 3 months... are there nonbenefits this early? I don't get a lot of sleep when I stay over... and that makes it a PITA to go to work the next day. Does that count?
