Hello! I have decided to start posting because we're hopefully going to be TTC within the next 2-3 months. I am trying to lose 20 pounds because I am really overweight and my doctor advised it. I started a weight loss blog to help keep me motivated, but I've only lost 3.5 pounds in one month. Oops.
I am 30, DH is 32, we have two crazy labs, and we live in the Chicago area. I look forward to getting to know all of you!
3.5 pounds in a month is actually really good:-) 1-2 pounds a week is a good target, and there are a LOT of thing that can affect the number on the scale (how hydrated you are, the last time you ate vs. the last time you used the bathroom, etc). Are you using a specific diet/exercise program? Anyway, I think 3.5 pounds is plenty to be proud of:-)
