Does anyone have any recommendations for a good cat urine odor remover?
My bitchy cats have terrible habit of peeing on the bed every time we leave town. I have waterproof barriers now, but I still feel like I get a wiff of it from the matress every so often. I've tried spraying it with Nature's Miracle, Vinegar, baking soda, etc.
Please help, before I get pregnant and have super-smell.

I have the same problem, except my cat likes to pee on carpet. Nature's Miracle Just For Cats works if you can completely treat/soak the affected area. Did you really soak your mattress with it? Someone on the Pets board recommended Got Pee, but I have yet to try it. You might also use one of those black lights to make sure your cat didn't pee somewhere else.
Yeeesh. It seems you've gotten good advice from pp...I have nothing helpful to add but I'm so sorry...that sounds yucky. And I'm grateful my cats aren't into that!
I've had problems with cat urine on carpets. Nature's Miracle works pretty well, but definitely use nama's method. You have to spray/soak for multiple iterations to get rid of the smell (and I also used a steam cleaner on the carpets). The blacklight is a good idea....you might be missing urine spots on something else like the carpet or even the bottom of your drapes (yes, I had this too).

If you can't get your hands on natures miracle (I was never able to find it near me!), Kids n Pets is also an enzymatic cleaners, I was able to find it at Target and it works just as well. Still use Nama's method though!
I've tried Nature's Miracle for some time now. I think it does an OK job, but I'm looking for something better. I ended up ordering something called Fizzion off of Amazon. It got great reviews, and it comes in a tablet form to be disolved into a spray bottle of water. I can appreciate the minimal packaging and waste.
And thanks for the sympathies. These cats are assholes when we leave on vacation. They will usually just barf all over the place, but if they are especially mad, one will pee one time on my side of the bed. It gets even worse if people stop by to check on them. I don't know what the solution is here, except to never take vacations. Geez.

If Nature's Miracle doesn't work, there is another one I use called Got Pee. It's expensive, but it's worked better than NM for me. In fact, it's the only thing that ever helped get the smell out of carpet.
ETA: We also shut the cats out of the bedrooms when we go on vacation. If they can't get to the bed, they can't pee on it. They aren't terribly thrilled about that, but they'll survive.
