Yuck all around. The stomach flu is bad enough without having to worry about them not finding a heartbeat as well. I am so sorry.
I know you know this, but it can be hard to find it by doppler in the earlier weeks. I remember when I was around 12w with my DD my OB took a while to find the heartbeat and I was freaking out inside. I am sure you'll get good news tomorrow, but I hate the suspense for you.

I'm sorry you're sick and now worried on top of it. The waiting part is the worst, so hopefully you can see your midwife tomorrow. According to everything I've read, it's really hard to find the hb with a Doppler early on, so hang tough!

I am sure you know this, but the try to remember that the likelihood of a miscarriage at this point (given the baby was healthy at 12 weeks) is the same as the stillbirth rate. It is very, very likely all is fine. I hope you feel better soon.
Ugh. Sorry you aren't feeling well (and that there's work drama! I'm over here trying to remember if I heard anything-- sometimes our world is very small. I'm nosy. But alas, I've got nothing).
I hope you get into your MW soon, but as others have said, you are far more likely to be a-ok than not. Feel better!

I'm so sorry -- what a rough weekend.
I'm sure the babe is fine, but prayers heading your way :-). I don't think my OB even started listening for the heartbeat until second tri. 13 weeks is still really early for that, especially with an urgent care doc without OB training.
They shouldn't have tried to find the heartbeat if you were there for a GI bug (not something baby related). Particularly since they don't know what they are doing-- way to ruin your weekend! Sorry you are having to worry. Hope you get good news soon!

That does sound like an awful weekend. For encouragement, my Dr still couldn't find the hb at 15 weeks. I felt ds kicking before the Doppler could find him.
Since Friday night I have had a wicked tummy bug. I ended up having to go to urgent care today for IV fluids and some testing and it seems like it's just viral (good) and I am starting to feel a bit better (yay).
But the nurse wasn't able to find babe's HB on the doppler and the doctor was unconcerned so no U/S or anything. Which of course has me freaked so now I am going to see if I can get into my midwife tomorrow to check on Lucy2.
we had an U/S last Tuesday and everything looked great and the doctor said there's no reason to believe that all is not fine. But still, not hearing the HB has me worried.
So all in all, to my weekend (which, incidentally, was kicked off by MAJOR work drama).
Update: got in with one of our (awesome!) midwives and all is great with baby. Heartbeat is 150. The nurse yesterday was looking for the HB wayyyyyyy higher than where baby is hanging out--the MW was able to find it right away.
