So I did decent with working out over the weekend, but didn't exactly stick to my eating plan Trying REALLY hard to have a good week since we'll be traveling/going to a wedding this weekend.
I didn't do anything over the weekend. I'm supposed to go to Zumba and ballet tonight with friends. I REALLY need to go, so hopefully I'll be up for it!
I rode my bike yesterday for the first time in a long time. I hate riding in my neighborhood because there is a lot of traffic, no bike lane, and stupid drivers. But we racked the bikes and went to a much better place for riding, and we rode down to a place we like to eat, had a light dinner, and rode back to the car. Probably only 10mi or so, but it was really nice to get out.
My copy of Just Dance 4 should be waiting for me in the mailbox today when I get home, so I'mma get a good workout there!
I went for a run with my running group yesterday -- about 4.5 miles. Nothing today....If the weather is okay I'll try to go for another short run tomorrow, or maybe go to the gym for a little while.
Yesterday was absolutely beautiful outside, so DH and I walked 3 miles around a local lake. I'm trying to convince myself to go to thy gym after work today, but am not really feeling motivated.
I have been eating really well - lots of veggies and lean protein and drinking tons of water!
I signed up for a 5K walk on Sunday. I'll do a 5K walk around my own neighborhood on Friday to get a good idea of what my pace is so I can try to beat it on Sunday. Tonight, my plan is to do Insanity.

I need to up my water still, I feel like. Been eating great (minus the wine binge over the weekend) and I feel much less tired then last week. I guess sitting on my ass the other day helped!
I am off to teach a dance rehearsal right now, so I'll be bouncing around for three hours wheeee!
