What would you wear with this?

I bought this a couple weeks back at Kohl's and I'm stuck on what to pair it with. I feel like I need something underneath because it doesn't seem long enough to wear alone.

I agree with the leggings or patterned tights. This is what I usually do with dresses that I think are too short to wear on their own.

I think I'm going to have to do leggings. While it looks long online and it's called a dress, it's actually kind of short and barely covers my butt.

I'm in the minority and I would take it back because it's too short.

Hmm... yeah if it barely covers your butt I'd either return it or wear it more as a sweater with skinny jeans and boots.

yeah - I thought it was a dress. If it's that short either do skinny jeans or return

if it covers at least 7/8 of your butt, i'd go with leggings. if it covers all of your butt, tights. tall boots with both.
