Full tanks are about $50 and refills range from $20-$30. We go to either heb or Kroger so I guess it depends if you have those grocery stores or not. Good news is the tank lasts a long time.
yikes. i thought all fuel more expensive in canada, but we pay $40 for a new tank and ~$22 for a refill.
see if anyone has an empty tank sitting around. here you just take an empty tank and trade it in for a full one. our landlord had an extra empty tank so it saved us ~$15.
We do the Blue Rhino tank exchanges. I think the exchanges are like $20 or something like that.
When we had our own bought tank we had tons of issues with it. We hardly grilled at all and seemed to have to refill it every 6 months. The Blue Rhino tanks are all inspected and less likely to leak. The last one we had lasted well over a year (which is a more believable length of time considering how infrequently we grill).
Not sure about new tanks - it's been a while since we bought ours. We use Propane Taxi for refills and it's $25 - they bring a new one to your house and take the old one - it's really handy and not too expensive at all!
