I did a two mile run with the dogs this morning. I hate running. Hate. With a burning, fiery passion. I'll have to walk them again later today.
And my diet has sucked lately. For instance, we definitely ordered pizza last night. And I had cold pizza for breakfast. Yeah, should have run more than 2 miles.
You walk in place in your living room. It sounds lame, but she's chipper without being too perky, and the moves are easy - side steps, grapevine, walk forward, walk back. The music is like dance beats, but no words. Anyways, it requires no thought, and on super lazy days, you don't even have to change into spandex-y workout gear or dig out the sneakers. I'm a D cup and do it in my regular bra sometimes when I'm feeling lazy. Literally no excuse. And you get all the endorphins without getting sweaty. I'm not always in the mood for it, but when I am, I'm happy I have it.

Haha glad my nagging helped
I'll check into that video. I really wish I could get up early and workout but I can't. I've tried. The only time I consistently stuck to it was before my wedding, and it only worked because my schedule also allowed me to go to bed really early.
I did an hour on the treadmill at the gym this morning (was raining out, yuck!) of a running/walking combo.
Eating-wise I have been decent. But my allergies have been horrible today, and whenever I sneeze a lot, I get really hungry. (weird, I know!) so I just ate a LOT of chips.
