At that age, they're still happy with just hanging out, being cuddled a lot, and looking at things. Don't forget, literally everything he sees and hears is still new to him. Do the yoga class if you think it will be fun for YOU You don't need to worry too much about stimulating his brain development or socializing him or anything like that yet.
At that age, the only thing our doctor stressed was talking to them. He strongly recommended taking the baby grocery shopping and describing what you see.
I did a lot of TV at that age (edit: that is not to say I put DD in front of the TV. I just sat on the couch watching TV myself with her in my lap, talking, making faces, etc.). I tried to meet other moms for stroller walks but honestly I had to limit myself to 1 activity a day or I would feel really overwhelmed.
I talk to my DD about what people are cooking on the food network...or we talk about the show Roseanne when it's on in the morning. I'm raising a cultured kid.
When he's not dangling from my boob on the couch watching TLC, he is usually strapped in the Ergo. We do normal household chores and walk the dog a lot. I feel weird narrating to him but I do anyway.
I try to get out of the house for an easy outing every day--grocery store, Target, stuff like that.
