I'm invited to DD's former teacher's baby shower. I won't be able to go to the baby shower, but I'm planning on buying 1-2 items in her registry. When I buy the items, should I choose them to be shipped to their house? Or, is it tacky to have them pick the items at the store? I haven't done this before, so I"m not sure what's acceptable. lol.
FYI, the former teacher does not work at the daycare anymore. I have not seen her for 2yrs(?). I continued communicating with her (FB) because she's on my list of babysitters after we move.
Ship to the house. I would be pissed if someone expected me to. Drag my pregnant ass to the store to pick up a gift.
I would probably spend $25-30.
LOL. Ok. A part of me was thinking they will be at baby's r us a lot and can pick it up anytime when they go. I'll have it shipped.
I went to BRU like twice during my pregnancy once to start the registry when I got overwhelmed and only had like 12 items and the 2nd time to finish the registry.
