So, who weighed in today?
I gained .2 lbs. I'm ok with that, obviously I would prefer to lose but I thought I would gain more than that. I had an on/off week and for me, if I'm even a little off, I usually gain. So yay for small victories I guess.
Really need to get back into a consistent workout routine, I've been slacking
I'm about the same. Like you, I would love to lose some...but right now I'm focusing more on eating healthy and balanced meals and exercising more, regardless of what the does to the number on the scale. My clothes feel tight though...which I don't like.
I have been having crazy food cravings for the past 24 hours. As a result, I've eaten a few too many treats. I also had the worst run yesterday. I just felt weak and exhausted the whole time. I'm hoping this is a sign that AF is finally on her way.
I'm going to try and squeeze in my usual run today, but I'm working a boy later than usual and I might not have time before out gets too dark.

I just got back from a work out! I upped my cardio to 20 minutes today (still hate it) and I worked my shoulders and legs. I can already tell my legs are going to be SORE tomorrow.
I've been really good about tracking my food and exercise lately. I ran 4.2 miles tonight after I put the kiddos to bed. I'm trying REALLY hard to keep the sweets to a minimum...once I start, I can't stop!
I've worked really hard over the past 6 months to lose weight/keep it off, and I don't want to sabotage myself! I now weigh 25 lbs less than when I got pregnant with DS1, and my goal is to (first) get pregnant, and weigh no more at the end than I did before I had DS1.
I did 2 miles tonight. I ate absolute garbage today, though, and feel awful about it. First there were free doughnuts out this morning, then there was a lunch meeting with pizza, and I figured my day was shot and kept on once I got home.
I weigh myself every day. I have a 4 lb range that I've been operating in for the past 4 years. Nothing bad can happen when you're keeping an eye on the scale. I'm sure I'll be at the high end of the range tomorrow morning, but it's nothing that a day or two of eating better won't correct.

That's interesting. I have wondered if weighing myself more often would be better or worse. I can see how it would be helpful keeping you on track, but then I think it would be devastating if I have a huge gain for whatever reason. IDK.
