So, I scheduled a service call for today from 8-12. Have I heard a peep from them? Nope. Now, I have to leave in 15 minutes to get Tman from school so I can't wait. I'm put off!
We got a new mattress the beginning of the year through sleep country. I thought it was going to be delivered by 7. Well no, it was going to be delivered by 9. When I called at 8 asking where they were they were super apologetic even though I was the one with the wrong info. When they got to the house they kept apologizing and said they had had some problems at a house earlier that took longer than expected.
Whoever you are waiting for definitely needs to make it up to you.

He finally called at around 1 and said he would be there in 15 minutes. My mom was down, though, and we were at lunch. I told him 2 would be perfect, but he hemmed and hawed...ended up calling me back saying he was going to another call and then would come back up to me. So, he's going to come. He went on and on about how since I don't have my receipt from lowes that I'm going to have to pay for the call and I just got angry on the phone about the whole deal. I hate to do that when I know it's not this guy's fault...at least not the receipt part, but he just kept going on about how he would definitely need to see that receipt or I'd have to pay. FINE. JUST COME BEFORE MY WASHER EXPLODES!
