I KNOW some of you are on here at night.
It's going to be a long one for me. My research project is due Friday, but tomorrow night is an auction I am helping run, so I pretty much have to get it done tonight. I was all "Look at all this progress I have made! I am flying!" Then looked down, I'm on page 7 of 40. That only took me an hour. Keep in mind, I have already done most of the research, it is just putting it where it belongs. Yick.
I'm here. I should be studying, but I'm so exhausted. This week feels so long already and it's only halfway over.
What is your research project on?
I am a research assistant for my Wills and Trusts professor. The paper is hers, I am just helping find things like the English Statute of Frauds from 1677 and comparing which states allow Holographic wills to those that allow Nuncupative. It's for a law review.
Finding and reading the cases was fun, finding where every case fits and proper citations, not so fun. Westlaw allows a "copy with reference"-which RULES, but you have to double check it with the damn BlueBook.

ETA-there are about 300 footnotes in this thing, and only about 75ish that I have to double check/fill in/find what note number goes in the "Supra note___" blank.
Just came back from visiting a place. It was nice. Cheaper than where I am now and the people were cool. They are showing the place to other people so we'll see...
Oh. Ouch. I hate papers. I am uploading videos of my dog on youtube. Because I am bored at work. I really want to leave but didn't spend a lot of time here today so I shouldn't. Ugh.
I'll look for those to be on facebook when I feel like procrastinating later tonight.

Thanks for explaining. That sounds incredibly tedious. I hope you get through it quickly!

I love the subject matter, but yeah, this stuff is tedious. Wills and trusts has been my favorite class so far (except maybe law and literature, but all we do in there is eat pizza and talk about books).

Is it just me or is the opening sequence to AHS the freakiest part?? Season one was the worst, I seriously would mute it and not look at the tv til it was over lol. Also, I'm a big baby.

Confession-I pee with the door open at night when I am home in case of serial killer behind a curtain/It the Killer clown attack. Bathrooms legit creep me out. I always make someone come with me to public bathrooms in case someone tries to crawl under a stall door/etc.
