Wet bags - bought on daily deals sites, so I have some Fuzzibunz (off ecobabybuys) and some Itzy Ritzy (off babysteals, I think).
I use a 13 gallon step can with a pail liner (I have 2 liners to use the backup when I do laundry and alternate them).
Alva sells wet bags and liners now. I'd buy from them if I was doing it over. alvababy.com/ Their 4 layer bamboo/microfiber inserts are my favorites; if you're ordering from them I'd grab one or two to try out if you use pockets or AI2.
I use Planetwise. I bought my first two from Amazon. I picked up two more last week at the ABC show (baby products trade show) - they were the booth next to us
How did I not now about this website? I am guessing you have ordered from here? Looks fantastic.
I have a few of their diapers and inserts, but I haven't used their wet bags. They are cheap because they're direct from China - people have varying opinions on that. It also explains the rather poorly translated website.
The diapers are okay, but the inserts (the plain MF one that comes with each diaper) are not that absorbent. They do come in great prints, though, and people rave about the colour-snap model which I haven't tried yet.

I really like alva products. Their bamboo inserts are great and their diapers fit my skinny guy really well. I have 6 or so wetbags and they work great. At $5-6 a piece it's a great deal. Sometimes the zippers can be wonky but my newer ones dont have that problem.
Tokenhoser told me about the inserts and im so glad she did. It solved our leaking problem right away!

I am ordering a few of the A series and N series. Should I buy some separate bamboo inserts to go with?

Sorry, very new CD'er here!
I have both the 3 layer bamboo only ones and the 4 layer bamboo/mf ones. I use the mf insert plus a 4 layer b/mf in my alva pockets and we haven't had a leak (DS is a heavy wetter). I use the 3 layer ones with my flip mf stay dry inserts and no leaks there either.
I loooove the Kangacare/RaR half moon wetbags. They are perfect for daycare, don't leak and hold probably about 10 diapers (not as many as they claim.) For home, I use a Planetwise liner in a trash can. I have a Fuzzibunz wetbag and it sucks.
I find that they are waterproof and have a zipper. I'm unsure what else I could want in a holder for dirty diapers. After a year and a half of use, they're still fully functional.

Waterproof would be nice. Mine leaks a ton at the seams. I sprayed a diaper and then threw it in the FB wetbag just to carry it downstairs and water dripped everywhere. Maybe I got a dud.
I bought a Planet Wise and a Kissaluvs pail liner when I was starting out with CD about 14 months ago. The Planet Wise one still looks and functions like it's brand new and the Kissaluvs one has delaminated and needed to be replaced. So, I second all the Planet Wise recommendations!
