I can't eat. Every time I try it just makes me sick, even the idea of eating makes me sick. I don't feel hungry and I'm still working out and I feel pretty much fine otherwise, but whenever I try to eat I get seriously grossed out. My mom made an awesome meal last night and I could barely stomach 1/4 of it before I had to throw it away.
But it can't be healthy. I've probably dropped 10 lbs in the past two weeks. I'm looking awesome, but this is seriously worrisome.
i can't remember, are you talking to anyone about all of this? *hugs* caffeine..
Not really. I don't really have anything to say about it that hasn't already been said.
I'm actually feeling really good. I'm seeing my friends more and going out and doing things and keeping busy with school. And I just got a job, which is pretty cool.
I lost 20 lbs (which I did not need to lose) when I broke up with my EX-FI. Even if you feel fine, it isn't an easy time. You're probably going to feel hungry again in a few weeks.
My mom had the same issues for about a month before she saw a doctor. It was gall stones and she now has to have surgery to have her gall bladder removed. Go get checked out and make sure its not something serious.

Yeah. I'll also try the potato's. I've pretty much been living on water and soup. And at this point I never want to see another can of soup again, but it's really the only thing I can stomach.

Try some heartier soups until you can work your way into something solid?

After my ex and I split, I dropped about 15lbs. You have to find something to put into you. I finally found that ice cream didn't come right back up after trying what felt like everything (even damn crackers). I lived off ice cream for a solid month. My appetite finally came back about a month and a half afterward. I remember I needed Chinese food, went and got a take out container and loaded that sucker up!
