me: I don't think that's lame. I fall asleep on the couch at 8pm regularly.

Ha, I'm guessing she's pretty young? I will say when I was young and single I would have considered my current Friday night pretty lame.

We're planning the same thing - carve pumpkins with the kids, order in take-out, build a fire, and watch The Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown. And I'm psyched!

She's probably 22 or so.

My early 20s self would call my 30 year old self's Friday nights lame now too. But now, there is no way that I can work all day, go out for HH right after work, go to dinner with another group of friends, then go out drinking with other friends till 2am.

The thought of reliving my early 20s makes me tired.
