Beagle, you're on fire in this thread. I love all the cheese. I'm on a big gouda kick right now - there's a Dutch-ancestry town nearby that makes some killer smoked gouda (and other "flavors", too). And I can't say no to a lovely, crumbly mature cheddar.

I love any and all cheese. No lie. Even Kraft Singles and Velveeta. If it is cheese. I will eat it.
I buy a lot of cheese to have with crackers and fruit for lunch. This week it is Gruyere and smoked Gouda. Mmmmmmmm. I also bought some mozzarella to make caprese salads.

There are very few cheeses I don't like but if I had to name a favorite it would be Halloumi( a salty white sheep's-milk cheese from Greece or Turkey, usually eaten grilled).
