it is the.shit. It is a hard goat cheese, so effing good! We buy it at Dean and Deluca, they will let you taste it before you buy. First discovered it in SF at Cowgirl Creamery. It is expensive but worth it.
Bella Vitano balsamic and raspberry Ale are on the top. La Tur is amazing with some good honey. L'amuse aged gouda is to die for. We just had the cowgirl creamery red hawk. That was awesome. Not a big fan of blue but st agur is good doth nice veining . We love cheese. Our Sunday dinner is wine and cheese.
DS won't eat white American, insisting on yellow instead (not Kraft but Land o'Lakes). He recently discovered goat cheese. He will eat any of them for every meal if we let him. See his daycare "I'm thankful for ..." pic below. We were an afterthought.
I love goat cheese and most hard cheeses. There is one we got over the holidays with cranberries that was great. I'll eat moldy one but have issues with knowing if it is good mold or bad mold.
I had no idea either! Off to Amazon! What cheese should I buy?!
I love all cheese. Can't think of one that I like better than the rest. My least favorite is American, but I even love that! lol
ETA: The absolute best day of my Culinary School career was the day that the Chef laid out a huge assortment of cheeses for us to try. Seriously a cheese lover's dream!
