It took a VERY long time, and two days late, but guess what showed up in my email inbox today: receipt from lowes for my washer.
If I would have paid for that service call the other day, I would be SO MAD right now. I'm still put off, because it took about 3 weeks as opposed to the 2-10 days they said, but it all worked out in the end...thank goodness.
