I just put in my food for tomorrow since i am going to brunch in the am and then dinner at night. Without booze (which I'm sure I will have at dinner) I am 600 calories over! Yikes, can't do that often.
What time is brunch? Any chance you can get some exercise in before that or between brunch and dinner? (I know you run sometimes but doesn't seem like your health will let you lately, do you swim at all?)
Otherwise, yeah, just don't do it often I did that last Sunday, oops!
