Are you doing Dukan? I lost all of my baby weight on that diet, it was great for me. After weeks of bland, high protein food, I actually looked forward to my oat bran galettes (sp) each nights. I added a little splenda and ate them for dessert. Lame I know. You can ignore all of this if you aren't doing Dukan since it won't make any sense.
I started the diet in May and by August I was down 13 pounds. It doesn't sound like a lot, but I was 5'3" and 129 when I started and a lot of that was boobs, so 13 pounds was a lot on my frame. I'm actually not a big meat eater (don't eat any red meat and very little pork) and I still felt that the diet was easier than other diets I've tried. I saw such a dramatic weight loss so quickly (like 5 pounds in the first 2 weeks) that it really made it easy to stick to. I stopped the diet when I became pregnant but I definitely plan to start it up again.
Oh, and I did cheat just a little bit. I drank wine. I couldn't resist.
