Where have you found MM rugs? We are getting hardwood floors this week in our living room but would still like an area rug. I don't want to spend a ton of money but want it to last at least a few years.
Ours are mostly from World Market. They're better quality than Target but I liked that I could see them in person before buying. My hesitation with Overstock is that if you don't like something, return shipping is expensive. TJ Maxx and Home Goods type of stores also sometimes have a decent selection but it's hit or miss.

Also look at indoor/outdoor rugs. Ballards has a lot of nice ones. This one is only $140 for 7 x 10, and they have a 15% off coupon on their catalog too.
We found a nice flat weave for under $200 at Crate and Barrel. Otherwise Ikea. We bought a rug from overstock and it was terrible- wouldn't stop shedding in the whole year we had it.
Another vote for Overstock. We bought our large area rug 6 years ago and it was still looking brand new until recently, when our elderly dog decided it was her personal potty.
I picked out carpet from Home Depot, bought it by the yard, and had the edges bound. It's a very nice 8x10 area rug for less than $300. It also has all the stain resistance etc not found in most area rugs.

We just got a rug today using this method. My sons play area in the basement is 12x11. I wanted a rug for him so he wasn't on the cold concrete. We went to a local carpet store, picked out a remnant in that size, and had the edges bound. It was $190. Much cheaper than an area rug. You could find the nice textured/sculpted carpet styles to do this with so it looked nicer.
