There is so little incentive to license here that I didn't even consider a licensed dayhome. The only reason to do it is to be eligible for government subsidies. Unlicensed are bound by the same ratios and rules.
I don't know the rules where you are, but if you see many unlicensed... ask a couple why they're not licensed.

As others have replied, you have a few options in regards to how to use the site. You may either continue to search for in-home daycares specifically, or you can post a job and see what you get for responses. Both of these options can be done entirely for free on the site. It is only after you find a daycare or caregiver you are interested in contacting that you need to upgrade to the Premium Membership. You only need this membership for as long as you are searching.
