Yes, I do. My T zone is oily and like you, isn't always terrible, but I do get breakouts mostly on my chin.
My cheeks, though, are usually dry. Right now I am just using clean and clear with the scrubbers, then slathering on the Clinique dramatically different lotion (the yellow kind).
I've done proactiv in the past, but it dries my skin out way too much.
The only lotion that works for me in the winter is hope in a jar. I hate the smell, but it keeps my skin from flaking off. I Use aquaphor or neosporin on my lips when I get home for the day. Probably not safe, but it is the only thing that works.
Honestly, my Clarisonic has made a huge difference in my skin. Maybe try a serum or other treatment at bedtime so it has plenty of time to soak in? I used to use Paula's Choice 2% BHA before I got pregnant, and that really seemed to work well for clogged pores and dark spots.
I have a very oily t-zone. If left unchecked I will break out. I put benzoyl peroxide on the offending area every night which seems to work well for me.
I switching to cleaning with an oil/toner combination and that really cleared my skin up. It sounds wrong but it worked. I'm using Rocky Mountain Soap Factory products but you could probably find something at any natural health store.
I tried Clinque which my sister used to swear by but it dried me out and formed a rash, even the line for very sensative skin.
She started using "La mer" moisturizer. Very expensive, but she says one container lasts her about a year and she was able to stop using her perscriptions after using it for awhile. She used to get a rash/pimple type outbreak on her chin before she started with it.

I had cystic acne on my neck and random hormonal breakouts. I have used every OTC and proactiv worked for a bit the last time I use it this summer. I bought a clarisonic and started using the CerVe wash and moisturizer with the Simple brand toner (I bought all of it at Target) and my skin has never been better. I do want to check out some of the Paula's Choice stuff for acne flare ups if they occur.
The clairsonic destroyed my skin, so I would try to stop using that for a while and see if it helps. I also swear by Paula's choice. If you call them they should be able to help you pick the best products for your skin.
