No. My parents live 3 blocks away and would love to babysit if we did. Where we live there is nothing. The movie theatre shows a 7pm show and a 9pm show. There is nowhere to eat besides fast food. We would have to drive 1 hour one way for anything good so we just don't.
We meet for lunch during work once a month and then try to have my Mom watch DS after he is in bed once a month. My ILs refuse to babysit and will only visit with the WHOLE family so we can't get away when they are around.
Yes, & often. My parents love having him for overnights or to take him for a full Saturday. MIL will watch him for a couple hours at a time as well, so we've done dinners out, movies, met up with friends, etc.
It takes a village, and all that.
This. Sometimes I feel bad about relying on my ILs so much, but they loooove granddaughter time. Win/win!

It varies depending on what else we have going on but we usually get out about 2-3x a month together without the kids. We're lucky in that we have a ton of family nearby so there's usually someone available to watch the kids and, better yet, it's free
We haven't really travelled much (ok, at all) since the kids have been born. Not only have finances not allowed for it without me working, but I just didn't feel comfortable leaving an infant(s) with someone for more than one night - especially since neither of my kids STTN until they were over a year old.
It's getting easier to find time for ourselves now that our kids are starting to get a bit older. We are planning to go to a 5 day long concert this coming July (Jamboree in the Hills) so that will be the longest we'll have been away from them. I finally feel comfortable leaving them for that long since they'll be 3.5 and just about 2.

We usually have a date on Wed nights--my parents pick up DS from daycare and watch him until bedtime. We often go out to eat or do errands together. Sleepovers usually once or twice a month with the grandparents (both sets live less than a mile away).
We have gone on a few trips without DS--a few days here and there. We're lucky we have lots of family/friends willing to help us out

Maybe once a month/every other month since DS was born. We don't have family in town, although my parents will watch him for an evening when they visit. We also have neighbors that we trade sitting with (very MM of us) but they rarely take advantage, plus their kid sleeps the entire time I am there, so I feel guilty saddling them with my unruly high-maintenance baby very often. I really wish we could get out more often, though.
Ugh, no. Our parents babysit sometimes, but we hate to ask so we wait until they offer. DS is 8 months and we're going on our 4th date this weekend :-\
ETA: I SAH and money is very tight. So, no babysitters. We just wait for my (free) parents to offer to babysit. I also BF, so I won't leave DS overnight until he weans, I don't want to pump.
