I need a device that can take input from a camera (preferablly BNC, but RGB will work too) and allow me to transfer it with a USB flash drive off the device. Basically like a DVD recorder, but no DVDs. I need to be able to send someone video immediately without spending time finalizing a DVD and physically running the disc to them.

We just send the camera SD cards back and forth when we share video for a study I'm on. They play it on their own camera or an SD reader that hooks up to a t.v. (~$30).
will you have access to a computer? you could just take it with your phone or something like a flip video and then plug it into your computer and transfer it onto the flash drive
Hmm... there are devices that are basically hard drives that you can insert the card from a camera into and copy onto the drive automatically. Photographers use them for backing up pictures. Often they have USB slots too so you can copy it to USB or you could just send the whole drive. But they probably run at least $100. I'm not sure, but here are a few on B&H.
The video is coming from an underwater camera, not a personal device so that's why the input is BNC (but I have a BNC to RGB converter somewhere). Yes, I should be able to find a computer to be able to send the files from. Problem is getting it from camera to computer. I know of one device that is basically part of a security surveillance system, but it's controls were really funky so I'd like to find something more user friendly.
