Is this normal for some of you?

I have had issues with insomnia on and off my entire life. It sucks, I am sorry! I did have a roomate in college who had insomnia once a month like clock work when her period was coming.

I've had issues with insomnia but its never related to my period. How about taking that Motrin much earlier, say 3pm or so?

I never thought of that but you know what, I didn't sleep very well for the past few days. Not insomnia but just awake on and off and I started today. Interesting connection. I will take note next month.

Thinking about it...I do have that issue. AF is due soon and I've had major insomnia for a week now. Looks like a connection to me.

I totally suffer from this the week before my period. Effing hate it. I recently bought melatonin to see if it helps but havent tried it yet cuz im scared ill wake up groggy and thats worse to me

I've dealt with insomnia for a long time. I thought it had to do with my period, then I realized it went with my depression, only to find out it all tied into PCOS. So it all played together to screw me up. I'm better now I'm on meds. :-) I'm just awake late at nights right now to take care of a cute litter of kittens.
