It's actually rather amazing the treatment you receive ASAP when you start posting on companies facebook walls. I dont know about Target, but I have received excellent customer service from other companies because they dont want you writing negative things on their facebook page.
I agree bucky. I might swing by the store tomorrow and see if they will just give me my money back for the incorrect items, but to be honest, that will take more time then just tossing the package in the outgoing UPS stuff at the office.
I feel like going to the store will results in the biggest CF known to man. They won't know what to do since you don't have a receipt for those items. If you're lucky, you might get a gift card for the value of the sweater and the coat, but no way will you get the value of what you paid for.
