My grocery store had buy one get one free on london broil, so I bought two.
What do I do with this thing? I don't really want a crock pot recipe, but an oven recipe.

So I take it that it isn't a tough cut of meat but more of a steak kind of meat?
I know nothing about meat. lol.

London broil is my favorite cut. Marinate overnight in a Ziploc baggie and then grill tomorrow if you have a grill.

I use a variation on this one:
melissafallistestkitchen.blogspot.com/2012/05/delish-london-broil-marinade.html?m=1
And I only broil mine for 5-7 minutes per side.

We eat London Broil fairly often. We marinate and then grill it. It's best cooked medium, because it will get tougher the more well done it is cooked.

No, it is somewhat tough and lean, that's why you need to marinate it to allow flavor to get in and tenderize.
And grilling or broiling will work for the cooking process.

Marinate in soy sauce, honey (or brown sugar) fresh garlic, onion powder, red pepper flake. Overnight is best, but 20 minutes is just fine. Grill or broil and enjoy! Be sure cut against the grain and slice thin!
