I'm in such a yoga rut and not sure how to fix it. I've been doing bikram for almost a year 1-2 times a week. I love, love, LOVE the instructors and feel amazing after class. I sleep well and feel that good sore feeling the next day. I also love the deep stretching and try to time it the day after my long run - always feels great.
I'm just not looking forward to going anymore though. I know it's good for me and I should go but I'm just forcing it more now than looking forward to it. Like, every week!
Suggestions? Anyone been in a similar situation? This has happened to me with running, but not yoga.
