The heat would have to be set to atomic blast before I was comfortable in a sleeveless dress in January. Well, in Wisconsin at least. Maybe not here.

You're supposed to find an ultra chic party indoors that is crammed shoulder to shoulder with other hot young bods so that your collective heat would make sleeves simply unbearable. Duh.

I wore sleeveless throughout the winter in WI.

But then, I was not the typical WIiner!

This time around, I'm all about scarves and flat boots. Though just today I went to the more suburban stepfordy area, and thought damn, Moe, you need to start wearing heels.
