Help me remember the name of a pose. We did it in class a while ago, as a hip-opener, but I'm having no luck finding it online.
We started standing, I think (or maybe in a standing forward bend), then stepped one foot over so our legs were crossed, one in front of the other, and sat down.
To reverse the pose, you just had to spin around (by walking your hands around) a full 360, and then sit back down again. It was a pretty intense hip-opener.
