I have had all sorts of different cuts, I have thick hair and I try to play with it. I really like angled bob, on the shorter side. Last time I went with this a month ago to trying something new:
I have a dumb question. I love the long, side-swept bangs look but how does one keep them swept like that? I feel like I have a huge forehead and would like to try this look but regular bangs look awful on me. It seems like these side swept ones would just fall down into a regular bangs look if I tried it...I scared. Do you just have to use a lot of product to keep it in place?
Also, completely off topic, but your siggy drives me batty, swizz! I feel like I get motion sickness from seeing those doors opening and closing over and over again, LOL.
I have a small forehead, and sideswept bangs make me lose my freaking mind. Every few years, I think they sound like a good idea. But then I get them, and I practically get a blister on my forehead from pushing them over to the side constantly. I think my problem is that I wear my hair behind my ears 100% of the time. If I don't put it behind my ears, it falls into my face. Probably because my forehead is too small. lol.
Hopefully someone with a real solution will weigh in!
I always think bangs sound like a super idea to change up my look. The hairdresser blows them all out and they look effortlessly chic! For one afternoon.
By day two, they are in my eyes, won't lay the way I want them to, and I'm literally ready to shave them down to the root. I wind up with a near-permanent bobby pin holding them back until I can tuck them behind my ear again.
