For Thanksgiving, what do you do? H and I have been doing a Turkey Meatloaf for the last couple of years. We do two meatloaves and all the sides/fixings.
Also, bonus points if you share with me the recipes for your casseroles, stuffing and other fixings.
I've only made Thanksgiving dinner once for 20 people a few years back for my XILs and it was awesome, but I made sausage and peppers and baked ziti in addition to the bird.
I do make this stuffing every year and it's been a crowd pleaser when I go to potlucks or family Thanksgiving dinners and I use the sage sausage:
We make curry stuffing and mashed potatoes with vegetarian gravy for our main dishes, and pile on lots of sides like cranberries, green salad, olives, pickled veggies . . . and WINE!
My ILs make prime rib and/or ham. Because supposedly one of Aunt-in-law's children had a reaction to chicken once, so poultry is banned from festivities at which he will be present due to her not believing he has any self-control and just her general hypochondriasis and craziness.
