How long did it take before you looked visibly pregnant at work? Did you try to hide it up to a particular point?
I am 10.5 weeks along with #2 and last time around I wasn't obviously showing until about 20 weeks (18 weeks if I wore a tight shirt / or an obvious maternity shirt, but when I was trying to be discreet I made it to about 20 weeks).
I feel like I am already having to "suck in" my bloat and I feel like I have an obvious muffin top.

The first time around I was about 5 months along until I started showing and my hips widened a bit and it was easy to hide since I wore business suits. The second pregnancy I think I started showing maybe a month sooner but I was a sahm with the second pregnancy so it didn't matter.

With DD, I told work at 12 weeks after the NT scan. I didn't really show until 20 weeks, and it wasn't obvious to strangers until even later than that.
This time around, I'm 11 weeks now, and DH already thinks I'm showing. I can still fit in my regular jeans and most other pants, although they're a little tight (I assume just because of bloat -- I think my uterus is still below my pubic bone at this point). I can hide it, but I have to admit -- I'm counting down the days until my NT scan so I can go ahead and tell everyone and start wearing maternity pants!
If I were working, I'd tell at 12/13 weeks again. We like to make sure everything's okay and baby's healthy at the NT scan, then tell. It's right before 2nd tri anyway.
This is my first, and at 12 weeks I got called out a few times. Once was by a male colleague who absolutely would not have known I was pregnant through the grape vine.
At 14-16 weeks I probably would have had a hard time sucking it in and hiding my stomach from people at work.
I think I really popped at 20 weeks and look visibly pregnant to strangers.

s/o vicmo's reply -- What do you do if you get called out at work? I feel like there's no way I'm going to be able to deny but it's so awkward. My gut reaction would probably be "shit its took early for you to guess that"

I had people ask and I just played it off with "As far as I know I'm not." Even after I told work and people were like "but I asked you" I just told them we were waiting until it was safe and they were fine with it.
ETA: I think as a fatty though, it will be a long while before I show, people were mostly just asking b/c we had taken our bucket list trip and apparently once you've been married for more than 5 seconds people think you should be popping them out.
I told work at 14 weeks and they had no idea I was PG. Co-workers still couldn't tell when I wore a pregnancy-related Halloween costume at 20 weeks, even though I had been in maternity clothes since 16 weeks and was not trying to hide my bump. I like jenny's response for if you get called out.
Funny story, DH's boss outed him when I was like 9 weeks, before we had even told our families. DH was running a demo off his work laptop, and when he put his desktop up on the projector his boss said "What's that icon on your desktop? 'Midwives questionarre..." and he stopped and his face turned bright red. He very clumsily tried to change the subject but DH's cover was blown.

With my second, I was SO bloated. I actually looked bigger at 8 weeks than I did at 12. That said, there was no hiding the pregnancy after about 15 weeks. I didn't show until closer to 25 weeks the first time.
With DS, I was overweight to begin with and didn't tell work until after my anatamy scan at 20 weeks. OMG.
This time, I swore I'd tell work earlier (different employer this time) and here I am at 16 weeks and they still don't know yet. I am starting to show, so I have to tell them soon. Oh, and I'm still overweight this time. I am sure I would be obviously showing if I didn't have the extra padding to hide behind.
