Ah yes, at our house there is "Poochie," and then there is "Flexo." Flexo is the backup Poochie who lives in my sock drawer and comes out on laundry day or when Poochie is in the car and we are too lazy to go out and get him.
As soon as "Flexo" becomes Poochie, then the original Poochie becomes Flexo. In this way Baby Fuss has never been the wiser, as there is only ever one true Poochie.

Is Flexo after Futurama? If so, that's awesome. ;D
EXACTLY fuss, it makes life easier. The Impost-Doog lives in a paper grocery bag in the tippy-top of the linen closet.
Unfortunately, she has TWO favorite animals, and both must be present for bedtime. There's DoOg the dog and "Sleepy Bunny"--who is essentially a blanket with a head. There is a spare DoOg...there is no spare Sleepy Bunny. AndSleepy Bunny has enough unique marks now (including the one where we set him on fire temporarily. Just a wee burn on his right armpit) that if I could find a spare Sleepy Bunny (I've tried, they don't exist), she'd know he was an imposter.
I have, oddly enough, NO DoOg pictures, but this is Buffy w/ SLeepy Bunny, this summer:
Knox sleeps with Hunny Bunny, a cheap blue Easter bunny who has already had several minor cosmetic surgeries, and currently, he's also a huge fan of Fuzzy Monkey, a super soft monkey with lavender and rice/something inside, and you can stick him in the microwave and warm him up and he'll stay warm for hours.
I attempted this w his taggie. It was a fail. He realized there were two and now he sleeps w both of them. BUT he's usually cool with it when I need to wash them.

Oh, yes, we have Kissy Bear and Henet. Both are blankets with heads, but one's a bear and the other is an elephant. Henet usually stays at DC for naptime, but he comes home on the weekends so that Kissy Bear can have a bath.
