and knew when you ovulated, how soon would you test? Is 8DPO too early?

I have been so ridiculously tired this week, like epic 1st Tri type of tiredness, but it's also cold and wintery. The sun has been going down around 4:30pm. I may just be going into bear-hibernation mode, not pregnancy mode.

i'd wait until 10 or 11 DPO. it's more than likely too early at 8.

I agree with PP. I think 8DPO is too early. I would personally wait until 14DPO but since you have a lot of cheap tests, I would try to wait a few more days.

I'm an early POASer so I usually started at 8DPO even though I knew it was early.

I'm a pusher, but I'd probably wait until 10dpo, because I'd be disappointed if it was a negative because it was too soon.

I would wait until at least 10 DPO's. I wish I had the ability to wait until 13 DPO's but I just don't have that ability.

If you are anything like me you will probably test at least once a week after a BFP. So they may get used. lol

I tested on a whim and got a positive on both a cheap test and a digital test at 9dpo...but I had fully expected it to be negative since it was so soon.

I'll probably cave at 9. I have a pile of wonfos. I tend to test on Friday night so I know if I can keep on drinking.

Everyone has convinced me to hold off until at least Monday morning (10dpo). In the meantime, I will drink wine this weekend. Nothing crazy, just a glass or two with dinner.

I'd totally test if I had a ton of cheap ones. Don't be disappointed if it's negative, though, since it's likely too early.

I would test every single day, several times a day. I have no willpower. I think I got my BFP at 9 DPO.

I would wait until 11 DPO because that's the earliest I've gotten a positive. I always hated to see that BFN show up so I wouldn't test when I knew it was too early.

I got a faint positive 6 DPO... so if we try for a 2nd down the road, I will start testing at about 5-6 DPO, haha.

If you have a lot of tests, I would go ahead and start POAS. I got my BFP at 10DPO.

LOL I always want my husband to be there when I test. If I tested at random times, he would start ignoring me!

It would depend on whether it will make you super sad to get a negative.

I used to start testing at 8DPO but the "is it or isn't it?" was so annoying I started waiting until 11DPO.

I'd test because I don't get down about early negatives.

With this pregnancy I didn't chart so I thought I was testing at 11 DPO. In reality it was 9 DPO.

I always wish I would be the kind of person who waits until AF is several days late but it's just not who I am. Sigh.
