Um, theme. Yeah, we don't really have one of those. Multi-colored lights on the tree with gold and silver ornaments primarily but we have a lot of misc. ornaments as well. Red and white felt stockings that we and the kids decorated ourselves. Just a bunch of Christmas stuff.
I have one tree with a red white and silver thing going on, but mostly our theme is Christmas, not any particular colors.
ETA: We decorate with ornaments and other meaningful stuff collected over time, rather than coordinated decor, so we have a lot of colors. There have been times when we have used a particular accent color, but for the most part, nothing stands out as being a dominant color scheme.
lime, red, white, silver. Pretty standard and traditional. We have a mix of white and colored lights outside. Don't judge. I got like 2 acres of farmyard to decorate..it takes a lot and different things look better with different lights!
This is the first year I actually purchased holiday decor rather than using hand me downs. I bought a huge garland, wreath, swag and ball from home decorators. It's got burlap, magnolia leaves and mixed pine. I'm going for a woodsy traditional natural look. Lots of green and natural colors with mixed metallics.
Front door is trimmed with real garland and a wreath with burgundy bows. I rarely have my shit together to the point I do lights- I have white or colors depending and candles for the windows.
LR is a hodge podge- fresh greens on the mantle, non-matching stockings (mine is pink satin with lace scraps from my wedding gown, DH's is crewelwork, DS's is simple cross stitch, and the cat's is a felt cholocate point himalyan like him). Tree is a mix of multicolored lights, glass balls, Radkos, candy canes, g-men and ornaments from our travels and hobbies.
Office is a magenta Barbie themed tree with hot pinks balls, garland and lights. The tree is small and has about 50 Hallmark Barbies on it. I also hang DS's Christmas themed projects in my office.
DR gets my pre-baby Waterford and silver tree with the white lights. More live garland. Lenox Holiday in the breakfront.
Foyer gets garland on the balluster and a holiday-ish rug. Powder room gets tastesful holiday towels; DS's bathroom gets swapped out for tacky Snowman towels. He's 19 and the towels still make it Christmas for him.

Purple, gold, and silver. I love sparkles. Only white lights inside. H decorates the outside. He likes all things classic Christmas. For example he likes tinsel :-|. That ain't happen in my house. LOL
Is that "live" garland or artificial? It's really pretty.
Thank you. Everything there is live. I ordered the garland online - I'm on my phone, but can look up the company later if you want. I'm pretty sure it's from a family farm in MI. If I remember right, it's a mix of pine, cedar, and fir. The floral arrangement was from a florist.
Foyer - red and green Staircase - greenery with white Office - bright pink, green, blue, and orange Dining room - traditional with cranberry and wood accents Sunroom and kitchen - light blue, navy and silver Great room - glass and gold Bonus room - black and gold for Purdue (haven't gotten this stuff yet, though) Bedroom - silver and gold Powder bath - sunroom (also haven't gotten this one yet)
Most of my stuff is silver, gold, and dark blue. We only use white lights. My husband loves the colored lights, but I think that they're tacky looking and I win when it comes to most of the decorating. I did buy two strands of color lights for him to wind up around our deck in the back this year, though.

I don't have a set decor scheme from year to year. My main LR tree is mostly metallic-colored ornaments, with some green and purple accents. My mini tree on the upstairs landing has a bit of everything. The wreath for the door is red, and the odds and ends around the house are a bit of everything.
I always use clear lights, both on our tree and outdoors.
We have a white tree skirt, which I am actually not that fond of for some reason so I will probably replace it ... we also have some cheapo stockings that I want to replace once I find something that I love.
Last year after Christmas I got a bunch of colorful glass ball ornaments at Target that I think I will be using in apothecary jars (lime green, blue, pink, purple), and also some snowflake ornaments in those same colors which I will be using to put together an advent calendar. I'm not sure if I will be sticking with this color scheme from year to year, I just thought it would be fun for something different. Usually I like the more rustic, natural style with silver, gold, and greenery.
