1) Target has a ton of C9 stuff on sale/decent priced. I bought three pairs of fitted fleece pants and I'm in love. Fit like yoga pants but warmer, so definitely acceptable for public wear. My yoga pants are little worn looking and it's getting too cold for them anyways.
2) Do not get the Jergens oatmeal lotion for dry skin. The sample I just put on..smells weird. Like inside the dishwasher after it's sat awhile weird. Ick. I'm considering reshowering.
3) Target has really cute bejeweled headphones/earplug sets for $20.00. Fun gift. I got me a pair becuase Rubes used my other boring ones as a teether while I was in the shower one day. My sister got a pair for Christmas from my Mom. Pretty fun. But I also like the stuff most 12 year old girls love.
4) Get the to the liquor store for Reindeer brand wine. There's red and white. The red is great. Haven't tried the white yet. The packaging is super cute. Great gift.
5) Maybe it's just my Target but the Christmas selection sucks. Been there. Seen it all. Own it all. I need something new!
6) Kohls has a kick-a$$ Mr. Potato head set if you need a kid gift. Super cute and it's Kohl's so the $50.00 price tag is really like $19.99. I haven't decided if I bought that for me or Rubes.
I was going to go to Target by myself tonight, but DH just got home and I'm feeling too lazy now to go. I was really hoping to get some Chrustmas decor/hand towels and stuff for the kids' birthdays and Christmas. I was really hopeful that they would have a lot of irresistible stuff! I went shopping last weekend and it was SO busy out already. It kind of gave me a bit of anxiety, because I ALWAYS, always have my shopping done before thanksgiving. I haven't really started yet this year and I really hate battling crowds.
I stopped in Target during my trek to the big city a couple days ago. Their Christmas selection was so sad!! It's the exact same stuff from last year (I wonder if they just had the factories make extra last year?) and it wasn't good the first time around!

This is what I thought too! I don't know if it's still economy related or what. But I was hoping for some fun affordable gifty ornaments and it was all so plasticy and weird and same old same old.

There wasn't much honestly. Even the toys were boring. Rubes was totally unimpressed...lol. Kohls actually had a better toy selection and I don't love Kohl's at all but we stopped because my Mom does.
I think I'm done with Target until after the holidays. There just wasn't much and I'm a bit mad about the whole open on Thanksgiving thing anyways.
Ha! I already bought the Mr. Potato head! I cant wait for babywop to open it on Xmas morning.
Let me know how she likes it! We'll compare baby potato head notes..lol.
Honestly, ours may not make it until Christmas. H and I are both dying to play with it. We might have to whip it out as a Happy Advent or Happy St. Nicholas Day gift. I'm okay with it. The kid wil get tons of stuff. A little spacing out is probably better.
