I'm a month into my quest to de-beige my LR/DR (one big room). I've been living with these samples on the walls for a few weeks now, and I'm still not sure. What do you guys think? The big section over the couch is Behr's Silver Sage. It's a bluish color. Then there's a greenish sage and a mint green that are still in the running. The samples above the DR (red) rug are the greenish sage and the mint green. There is some of the Silver Sage underneath the mint.
I could use the Google I guess. It's hard for me to picture my rugs/furniture/dark trim in online pics though. What looks great with an upholstered sofa and white trim looks not so hot in my house sometimes.
Heh, DH appreciates your input. I told him about the responses (aka I'm right), and he said "Yeah, well, if you left it up to TN, all our woodwork would be painted white." He's not bitter at all.

Not true about the all white. I am definitely not an 'all trim should be white (or wood), kind of person...I think it completely depends on the particular home.
We aren't TN anymore either. ;p
Fwiw, I did like his color choice with the red rug, but not so much with the other one.
