Hanukkah is ridiculously early this year.
It's my 10th Hanukkah with H. I ordered his gift WEEKS ago and it arrived last week. For our first Hanukkah I got him a pair of Tiffany cufflinks with his initials engraved on them. this year I didn't go with Tiffany but I got him some silver cufflinks with his initials on them. From Petite Fleur he's getting a box for 16 of his favorite pairs of cufflinks (aka - a toy box for Daddy's toys).
Petite Fleur is getting a book and 4 toys that will promote cognitive and fine motor development. I'm excited for her to play with what we got her.
I have to get something for my nephew but then I'm completely done. He's 3 weeks old. He's getting clothes. And hand-me-down toys from Petite Fleur.
We're pulling out December 14th, and all we bought so far is a small purple stocking covered with pictures of Justin Beiber for my brother. Also, Santa got Joaquin a Violet (a stuffed dog that talks, sings, etc) which will be in her car seat when we pull out, so momma doesn't freaking murder her on the car ride. But yeah, we're behind. At least I finally bought gloves this weekend? lol.
I keep finding things that would be the perfect gift for so&so, IF... like if this ( shop.subversivecrossstitch.com/collections/all-kits/products/happy-fucking-holidays-iv ) were a finished cross stitch I could just frame, it would be fantastic for one of my aunts. Or, my SIL cross stitches, but IF she didn't have smallish kids... you get the picture.

My niece loves her Violet as well.
My kid is done. My nieces are done. I'm done (lol). My parents are done and the ILs will be done on Black Friday and so should my H (I'm so sorry, humanity). Friends are done. All that's left is siblings.

I am strangely on top of shit this year. Kid and niece are done, ILs are half-done, brother is done. Everyone else I know exactly what I'm getting I'm just waiting for opportune times to get their gifts.
I'm doing about half and half Amazon vs. in-person shopping this year and am happy with this. In the past I put things off too long and ended up annoyed or frustrated with my online choices but when it was too late to buy and ship myself. This year I developed my list and game plan way early and it's been a huge load off my mind, even if not all the actual shopping is done yet.

I always end up spending more than I intend to if I shop in person. Even now I just found a toy online that I really want to get Petite Fleur for her gross motor development. But I'm holding back. I don't haven an extra $60 on hand right now.
