I'm down exactly 1lb this week from my last weigh-in on Tuesday. I don't think it had as much to do with me eating healthy, as it did from losing water bloat... but a loss is a loss
I weighed myself on Saturday before we left and I was down 1 pound. All the crap and booze I've had since then has probably wiped that out. We are having chicken Caesar salads for dinner so that should help.
i'm proud to say that i've been getting in the gym and working out and eating well sooo much lately. i'm so excited. i went to my the gym at my aprtments last night and ran intervals for 30mins on the treadmill and i feel so skinny. lol. i'm just a few lbs away from 199. pray that this spin class puts me over the edge tomorrow morning. lol. of course my tom is lingering and it's making my weight fluctuate but i'm still down so that is great news.
just so excited to eat on thanksgiving.. and i'll probably over do it, but i can't wait! i've been eating soo well for the past year, i didn't even really pig out last thanksgiving, so i'm READY for this meal. and i'm down 150lbs since beginning of 2011 so i'm happy. 175lbs from my heaviest weight.. and 128ish since i signed up for mfp in march/april 2011.
DH has agreed to quit workday beers with me. That should help and I have been trying to eat really well at home. The weekends suck though cause we are gone most of the time.
I just got back from seeing Emmy at daycare. She was crying when I left which is unlike her. I went to DQ to get myself a consolation blizzard but then drove on by when I thought of our healthy holiday challenge.
I forgot to weigh in this morning :/ I've been doing fairly well food wise, minus our wine and german food-fest in Leavenworth over the weekend. I've sucked at working out though, except for my race yesterday. I need to find some time to work out tomorrow or Wednesday.

I lost 2 pounds since I started tracking my food intake on MFP. I swear, having to think about logging the food I eat is really helping me choose foods better! I love MFP. Now I want a FitBit!
