I was never a reader before, but I cannot believe that there are actually readers who are willing to look the other way and carry on like nothing ever happened. She took time, effort and thought to publicly and maliciously slander another widely-read blogger, and to now claim that any fallout and repercussions she's suffered are a private matter is a bunch of bullshit. It speaks volumes about her lack of character and demonstrates an embarrassing absence of class.

She is my reader, which is how I knew she posted yesterday. I will definitely be removing her though.
The blog is now called Our Humble Abode instead of A{bowe}d. Who are all of these people fawning over her in the comments? Maybe she made more fake accounts.

That's what some said over at GOMI, that she created a bunch of sock puppet accounts.

Yes, supposedly the spelling change was due to the "privacy" concerns that caused her to shut down in the first place. And I'm guessing that some people picked up her blog from reading the YHL book--didn't they namecheck her in it?

This exactly. I know it's just the Internet, but I think it speaks volumes about her character.
I had no idea what was happening till I saw a thread here last month and I was shocked! I am one of those bloggers who doesn't look around at what others are doing, I look up and ahead. It can be so easy to get sucked into the competitiveness of blogging, comparing stats, followers, etc. It seems that somewhere along the way she got sucked into that herself and allowed herself to lose sight of her morals. I honestly believe people love a genuine personality writing a blog over a blog chock full of useful content but written in a condescending or holier-than-thou tone whichnis how hers always read to me. I am guessing she thought it would be more worthwhile to cash in on her shout out in the YHL book than to take some time and approach blogging again in a more thoughtful manner.

Agreed.
I'm glad I took her out of my reader a couple weeks before this shit went down. I won't be reading now.
Huh. That's random bc I saw she was commenting on KB's Instagram while I was on baby watch, so I clicked through there and she was still private as of when KB was in labor.
I don't follow her and I won't check it out now bc I don't want to give the crazy the clicks.

Well that's ballsy, considering KB took her off of her blogroll.
I barely knew about her blog before everything went down, but I was pretty glued to that trainwreck. It was just so shocking. She should have just completely changed her blog name. Whatever, not giving her the clicks either.
I was coming here to post this, too! I have had her in my reader but she's getting removed. It'd be one thing if she owned up, apologized, and asked for people to stick with her but she went on like nothing happened. I knew she'd be back - she's a complete AW - but really thought it'd be further out than this.
There are way too many good bloggers that I'd rather read/support.
I knew she wouldn't be gone long. I'm sure a lot of her motive was the small roll (or mention) in YHL's book and the hits she would likely get from that alone. I read her blog but I do not have any interest in it anymore. A majority of the decor blogs I read are not necessarily because I LOVE their particular style/ideas or home, but because I like their personality, the way they write, and the general lifestyle they live. I look for people I can relate to, on some level- and she doesn't fit any of those categories for me any longer.
