I think this is all we're going to do this year. We have big LED lights from our old house, but they don't feel right for this one. So I'm hoping to get some old school big bulb multi colored lights on clearance this year, or I'll buy them next year.
These are 20" wreaths from Home Depot - only $5.88 each.

Are you putting garland around the door?
Also, I think you have the perfect house for outlining with the mini white lights. Like, PERFECT. I want to get out there with my OCD self and my staple gun. LOL
Oh, that's really pretty. I think you should eventually do something on the front door too.
I bought a huge front door wreath from Costco last week, but I either need to make or buy three window wreaths. I'll have to check out HD. Wreaths are so expensive
ETA: I'd use the clips if possible. I'm using them this year for my first ever light display. I can't imagine putting all those holes in the house with staples is good for the house, good for the light string or easy to get up/down.
Also, I think some Christmas-y topiaries could look really nice on either side of the front door (though with the mailbox there, that might get a little difficult...)

Personally, I'd get thick fluffy (and probably artificial) garland - then use those same red bows at the corners. I'd probably do screwed in eyehooks (small) next to those decorative roofing things and attach it to them with floral wire. If you're hesitant to put in eyehooks, I'm not sure what your options are without a WAY upcloseandpersonal photo, but I'd look for stuff near the door to which you can attach floral wire.
Because I nearly always go overboard, I'd do as much of the roofline as I could with lights.
