In the dowtown area of the town where my aunt had her summer home, 1200 out of 1500 homes are condemned.
I was just watching a youtube video shot by a town resident --- there is a block long pile of discarded debris that's probably at leaast 50 feet high. And this was on November 10 --- more to come, I am sure.
I'm pretty sure that all of the houses near the water, the beach or the marinas are condemned also. How sad for everyone.
A popular bar and grill survived --- you can see patrons inside. At least that's a bright spot in this entire horrific maelstrom.
