Any suggestions? 3 of my friends are single, well employed and live in apartments. They buy whatever they want/need. But, I do feel like my kids need to give them something for Christmas up to $50 or so. I don't think any of them put Xmas tress or much decor up for Christmas.
I;ve been all over Etsy (nothing) and am now on C&B.
For hard-to-buy-for people, I like gift certificates to stores/restaurants I know they frequent.
I've also bought memberships to Cheese of the Month, Bacon of the Month, etc clubs for people. I bought from Zingerman's online, but I know there are other sites that do those kinds of clubs.
Books, wine baskets with bread and cheese, magazine subscriptions, good candles, fun socks. I know you said no gift cards but what about for something fun like theatre tickets?
I've never looked into it but my friend was just telling me that sometimes Sephora has a box set of perfume samples where you get the samples and the set comes with a certificate for a full size of one of the options.
